I cannot wait for the next program. The information and science based facts about sleep circadian rhythms were mind blowing. It made me aware that everyone has natural sleeping habits of their own. And that I don’t need to feel guilty or pressure about  Not naturally being able to sleep early and to wake up in the early day. That  information opened my eyes about  how different we all are. And we need to acknowledge that, so we can create the life that best suits our natural sleeping time or we learn tools to wake up when we “” need.  The 9am-5pm dosent work for many people  (night owls). And they’re making us aware that there’s no need to feel guilty about it. And the tools to adapt is important to learn.
